Do not send in your minor child alone because they will be profiled and be accused of stealing. My child was accused of stealing and I asked if he put something in his pocket and the manager said no we stopped him before he could. She assumed he was going to steal. I am by far the person who makes excuses for their child but I know he does not steal. Prior to entering the store he looked up the crease covers so see what they would cost and asked for money. When I confronted the manager about the situation I did say my son was profiled and she responded what's next are you going to say I am racist? I then told her no you brought up race and not once did I say anything about race. She tried to explain how she is with someone of ethnicity. In all this I did ask to see the video as all is recorded and she refused. The fact that he did not put anything in his pockets or try to walk out and be told he is stealing is so mind blowing. Instead they assumed he was going to steal and didn't even give him the opportunity to take his items to the register. In reading other reviews it seems it is a common occurrence in this store.

Not recommended for children’s shoes. Explicit lyric music BLASTING in the children’s area, but nowhere else in the store. When I requested that the music be turned down so that we could hear each other while my son tried on shoes, the employee gave me the angriest, dirtiest, silent seething look ever. The music was briefly turned down, then turned back up. The employee continued his mannerisms with slamming boxes around. Later it appeared that employee is the manager. Wow, just wow.

Jaw Dropping remodel this place looks outstanding?!! The cashier or staff are really super helpful and ready to o answer every question professional.. compared to the way it was like 2 months ago.I rarely went to this store because not much of a selection and not much lighting and very very pricey not helpful cashiers new 2021 look absolutely up to date .. recommend this place if your looking for a diversity of options for all feet necessity all the family affordable recommend to all you not be disappointed. Thanks show depot staff be back real soon . 👍💯

The manager Leona and the man name Ryan who sold me my platform black Converse for my birthday/funeral this week, literally made me the happiest person in the world! Not only did they go out of the way to find the shoe that I wanted but they made sure to genuinely work with me! They are such amazing souls in that building! I am so so so so grateful!

Went in today on July 2nd because I noticed there was a dog in the car with no AC. Parked in front of the store. I asked Thomas the manger if he could announce if anybody left there dog in the vehicle, he denied stating he was too busy and it was just a dog. So I got mad and announced it. Thankfully the two owner’s came up to me and stated it was there dog left the store to retrieve the animal. I’m so disgusted how I was yelled at in the store by the customer’s stating it was just a dog get over it. And for Thomas to be in charge of the store and not take something like this se serious is Appalling. I would’ve just as any Good Samaritan done the same thing Whether it be a dog/baby/kid.
